  Super acceuil nous avions coince notre vehicule dans la neige 10km avant il sont venu et nous sorti le vehicule immediatement , les ballades en motoneiges sont magnifique , les repas sont tres bon et le cadre sensationel je recommende fortement

  I loved the skidooing, the food and the massages. The service was not good. Couldn't tell who worked there. No reception desk. The "spa" is a tiny sauna and a hot tub. You have to ask for everything. There is no tour or information giving. We didn't get a key to our room. And when we got the massage I was told we could have a receipt, but I got a couples massage and only one massage therapist is licenced and can give receipts for insurance. Over all , nice place, terrible service.

  BUT, the rooms are great on first glance only, the enthusiasm fades quickly as you discover that most of the things advertised are either not working properly(windows, whirpool, moskito door, etc.) or don't exist (AC!), we could have lived with that in our short stay with, however they were the loudest rooms we've ever encountered! The walls that divide the appartments are paper thin - we could hear whispering from the neighbors and even hear someone in the other appartment using a zipper - unacceptable! At this price, its just not good value for money. Its a pitty, because otherwise the site is great - lots to do activity wise and even a Spa area. The food for dinner is really great, especially given the poor quailty of food in the area (only fast food), the restaurant could improve much for breakfast though.. no ham or other meat, no healthy options (except some whole fruits).

  If the breakfast was better and the cottages were smaller and with one appartment only instead of for 9-10, this would be the best site in the area by far, however with the downsites(especially the sound proofing problem) I can't recommend.

  Nous avons été reçues comme des reines! La place est magnifique, la nourriture était excellente, nous n'aurions pu être plus satisfaites de notre séjour au coeur de la nature!
